Gregg Thomas
Gregg has served as Chief Financial Officer for the past 15 years, providing executive financial leadership, capital strategy oversight, and enterprise performance management. With more than 35 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, he partners with founders, operators, and investors to scale multi-unit organizations with financial discipline and strategic clarity. Gregg previously co-led BDO's National Restaurant Practice and founded CFO Advisors, LLC, advising growth-stage restaurant groups nationwide. He also served as Chairman and Board Member of a NYSE-listed hospitality technology company, contributing public company governance, capital markets, and board-level oversight experience.
He began his career in public accounting with Plante & Moran and KPMG, establishing the technical foundation that continues to inform his executive financial judgment.
Gregg works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support sustainable growth, operational rigor, and long-term value creation.
