Everything You Need to Know About Your Marlow's Insider Tier Gift
How do I qualify for a tier gift?
Tier gifts are based on qualifying annual spend during the 2026 calendar year as a Marlow's Insider.
How do I receive my tier gift?
Once you reach a qualifying Insider tier, you'll receive an email with a link to complete a gift form. Please complete the form so we know which tavern you'd like to pick up your gift from.
I never received my email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder, as some confirmation and tier emails may be filtered there. If you still cannot find your email, please contact us at info@marlowstavern.com.
How long does it take to receive my gift?
Please allow approximately 4-6 business weeks for processing, production, and shipment to your selected tavern.
How will I know when my gift is ready?
You'll receive an email notification once your gift has arrived and is ready for pickup at your selected Marlow's Tavern location.
Where do I pick up my gift?
Your gift will be delivered to the Marlow's Tavern location you selected on your form. When you visit, simply ask your server or bartender about your Insider tier gift, and a manager will assist you.
I already qualified for a higher tier. Will I still receive my other gifts?
Yes! Some Insiders may already qualify for multiple tiers. We are currently working through gift production and fulfillment for each tier level. If you've earned additional tiers, you will receive communication about those gifts as they become available.
Why is it taking several weeks?
Our tier gifts are custom-produced and fulfilled in batches through our manufacturing, embroidery, and shipping partners. Once received, our team also coordinates sorting, labeling, and delivery to each tavern for pickup. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every Insider receives their earned gift.
I think I’m missing a visit or qualifying spend. What should I do?
If you believe a visit or qualifying spend is missing from your account, please fill out the missing visit request form or contact us at info@marlowstavern.com for assistance.
Can I change my pickup tavern after submitting the form?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your pickup location. Once gifts have shipped, changes may not be possible.
What happens if I do not fill out the form?
We cannot process or ship your gift until the form has been completed.
Do tier gifts expire?
Tier gifts are exclusive to each qualifying year and are produced in limited quantities. At the end of the year, additional gifts are not typically available. We encourage guests to complete their form and pick up their gift as soon as possible after receiving their notification email.
