HOW DO I JOIN THE INSIDER CLUB?
When you register, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, birthday, email address, and your favorite tavern. During registration, you will also be asked to create a password to access your account. Please click here to join!
IS THERE A COST TO BECOMING AN INSIDER?
No!
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Dine at any Marlow's Tavern. When you spend at least $15 on food and beverages, you earn a qualified visit. Earn four qualified visits and you will receive a Free Loyalty Item Up to $20 on your next visit (limit to two qualified visit per day), and you will receive a Free Loyalty Item Up to $20 on your next visit (limit to two qualified visits. Make sure you tell your server you are an Insider, and check-in with your app or the phone number/email you used to register.
What is the Free Loyalty Item (up to $20) Reward?
Once you earn the reward, you can redeem it for one food item valued up to $20.
If the item is $20 or less, the reward covers the full amount.
If the item is more than $20, the reward covers $20 and you pay the difference.
The reward applies to a single food item only—it is not a $20 discount across the entire check.
The reward will automatically apply to the highest-priced food item on your check
DO YOU HAVE AN INSIDER APP?
Yes, you can download our app from Apple or Google Play stores here.
HOW DO I CHECK IN WITH THE APP?
When you are dining at Marlow's Tavern, simply open the app, tap the "Check-In" box, and then tell your server the 3-digit code that appears.
HOW MANY QUALIFIED VISITS CAN I EARN IN ONE DAY?
We limit it to a maximum of 2 qualified visits per day.
HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?
Please let your server know you are an Insider member and would like to use your available reward.
HOW DO I ADD A MISSED VISIT?

DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
Yes, your loyalty reward expire after 90 days. Birthday rewards expire after 45 days. You can login to your account here and check the date when your rewards will expires. Expiration dates are also listed at the bottom of reward emails.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Rewards cannot be combined, but if you're part of our 100 Club, you'll always enjoy your 10% discount along with any single reward.

No, qualified visits are only awarded to the registered Insider paying the bill.
DOES TO-GO FOOD QUALIFY?
Yes, if it is $15 or more.
DOES PURCHASING GIFT CARDS COUNT AS A VISIT?
No, a gift card purchase does not count as a visit.
DO I GET CREDIT FOR ORDERING VIA EZCATER, UBEREATS, DOORDASH, OR GRUBHUB?
Not at this time.
Does catering count toward a qualified visit or spend?
No, it does not.
AFTER I REGISTER, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION?
We use this information to send you information on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account at the tavern if you third party.
